By accessing or using Zeframes ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users — customers booking services and creators providing them.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Zeframes is a marketplace that connects customers with verified creative professionals ("creators"). We facilitate bookings and payments but are not a party to the service agreement between you and a creator.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm other users, to impersonate any person or entity, or to upload content that infringes third-party rights.

Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

When you place a booking, you enter into a service agreement with the creator. Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway. Full payment details are provided at checkout.

Cancellation and refund policies are set per booking type. Please review the cancellation policy before confirming a booking.

Creators must provide accurate profile information, hold any required licences or certifications, and deliver services as described.

Creators are independent contractors and not employees or agents of the Platform.

All content on the Platform — including the Zeframes name, logo, and software — is the exclusive property of the Platform and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes are effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
